hi i have a samsung e250 on o2 tryed the code above and it has unlocked the phone because now it works on vodphone but when i put the o2 sim card back in the phone all i get is limited service and it does not work is there a way to reset the phone so it will work on o2 again thanks d600

you have used the method "#*7337#" which changes your imei to 15 zeroes. o2 does not allow 15 zeroes on imei so it limits your phone to their network

the only way to fix this is by cable and box (change imei)

Must have done something wrong when entering your code because I tried it a couple times and now the phone is locked/frozen
